My name is Corey L. Krusa and I have been a teaching professional for over 25 years. I have attained certification as a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Golf Professional and as a US Kids Golf Coach. In 2017, I was awarded Best of 2107 on Lesson.com, and earned certification through BodiTrak Sports as a Ground Force Mechanic.
In 1996 I married my best friend Jennifer and soon after in 1998 we had our son Ethan of whom we are both so proud. My other interests are fly fishing, skiing and all things that come with family. I have held various positions in the golf industry but always knew which direction I wanted my career to go.
For the last 15 years, I have been the Head Golf Professional of Krusa Golf Academy at Pennington Golf Center. Previously, I was the Director of Golf for Somerton Springs overseeing nine different golf school locations, and prior to that I was the Director of Instruction for three years at the Golden Bear Golf Center in Toms River, NJ where I trained with Nicklaus/Flick Golf Professionals Martin Hall and Chuck Winstead. I have also held the positions of Assistant Golf Professional at Newton Country Club and Beaver Brook Country Club.
I have instructed and coached players of all abilities - from single digit handicap players to very beginner players, college, high school and junior athletes. I have also instructed players with physical disabilities or limitations providing them opportunities to continue playing the game they love.
From the beginning, I realized I had a passion for teaching and coaching the game of golf to others. I worked to direct my career path to becoming a full-time instructor to instill my same passion and enjoyment of the game to my clients. I have worked with thousands of golfers - men, women and juniors and I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve all of your golfing goals!
