About Corey Krusa
Explore my story, coaching philosophy, and commitment to golfers.
Leadership in Golf Instruction
For the last 35 years, I have served as the Head Golf Professional of Krusa Golf Academy at Pennington Golf Center. Prior to this role, I was the Director of Golf for Somerton Springs, where I oversaw nine different golf school locations. Before that, I spent three years as the Director of Instruction at the Golden Bear Golf Center in Toms River, NJ, where I trained alongside Chuck Winstead and spoke with Martin Hall.
Early Career and Foundation
Earlier in my career, I held the positions of Assistant Golf Professional at Newton Country Club and Beaver Brook Country Club. Throughout my journey in the golf industry, I took on various roles, but I always knew the direction I wanted my career to take.
Coaching Golfers of All Abilities
I have instructed and coached players of all skill levels - from single-digit handicap golfers to complete beginners, as well as college, high school, and junior athletes. I have also worked with players who have physical disabilities or limitations, providing them opportunities to continue playing and enjoying the game they love.
A Passion for
Teaching the Game
From the very beginning, I realized I had a deep passion for teaching and coaching the game of golf. I intentionally directed my career path toward becoming a full-time instructor so I could instill the same passion and enjoyment of the game in my clients. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of golfers-men, women, and juniors-and I truly enjoy helping each player reach their full potential.
Beyond the Golf Course
In 1996, I married my best friend, Jennifer, and soon after, in 1998, we welcomed our son, Ethan, of whom we are both incredibly proud. Outside of golf, my interests include fly fishing, skiing, and spending quality time with my family.
